Just a reminder: everything has a season
The Bible reminds us that everything has a season. We operate in a world that is cyclical: a time to plant, a time to harvest, a time to rest, a time to work, a time to mourn, a time to dance, and the list goes on and on.
However, between every season there is a transition as the new comes in to replace the old.
I don’t know about you, but I’m in a season where dormant passions, skills, desires, and dreams are being awakened. I’ve been in the midst of a transition from a comfortable season to a season where I feel out of my depth. But the comforting truth is that God is with us in every season and through each moment of transition, no matter how rocky it is.
I’m going to leave you with this piece of advice that I’m reminding myself of daily: Lean into the discomfort because when you’re anchored in Christ, He won’t let go of you. You are secure.
Question for today:
What season am I in?
how do I see God anchoring me in this season?
